2024 is shaping up to be twice as nice for Malibu Maple.

Carrying breeder Haras Dadinco's colors to victory Saturday in Santiago, Ando Soltera (Flameaway) is the 2nd consecutive GSW for the Malibu Moon producer. Ando Soltera galloped home a comfortable winner of the Gr3 Premio Juan Cavieres Mella S. at 6 1/2 furlongs.

The 3yo filly is now 2-for-2 on the heels of a dominant 2023 juvenile campaign by 1/2 brother Toy Soltero (Van Nistelrooy), who was sold abroad at year's end.

A $15,000 Keeneland September purchase, now 9yo Malibu Maple is 1/2 sister to MSW Goldswood & out of a 3/4 sister to Hall of Fame inductee Sky Beauty.
