Something Stronger, a MSW winner at Churchill Downs last month, steps up in class and trip for her first bid at black-type in Saturday's $250,000 Tepin S.


The Justify filly out of the Frankel mare Lora Padora (Ire) was twice 2nd on dirt before shortening up to five furlongs for an impressive turf debut beneath James Graham (video).


The Al Stall trainee, a $450,000 Keeneland September yearling. stretches out Saturday to a flat mile over the same course alongside Gr3 winner Vixen and MGSP Lush Lips.


Unraced Lora Padora was sourced for American purchase subsequent to full-brother Onesto's Gr1 victory in the 2022 Grand Prix de Paris. She was bred consecutive seasons to Justify (Scat Daddy) before selling to BBA Ireland at 2022 Keeneland November.


Onshore (Sea the Stars), dam of Lora Padora and Onesto, is a 3rd generation descendant of champion and Juddmonte foundation mare Sookera (Roberto).
